are the easiest, fastest and safest way to experience paragliding for the first time. A tandem flight is best suited to a person seeking an exciting, one-time event (or for beginner and intermediate pilots wishing to learn new skills by watching an advanced pilot at work). We've flown passengers from four to eighty-four years old and from 20-275 pounds. If you can jog 20 feet, you can fly with us!

 

Our tandem tour is straight up awesome, and it’s open all year round. If someone you know is into adventure and you want to give a gift that’s totally rad, this is the most amazing gift imaginable. No prior experience required.

Wanna know what’s cool?

Spending part of a day flying over the most breathtaking terrain imaginable. Seriously, how many people do you know that have gotten above the clouds in their favorite easy chair and just hung around for a while? Using our state-of-the-art Cloud Street Winch, we can tow a mile high, which means much more airtime than ever before possible!

Rain checks are available on days that we get "weathered out". Please understand all fly days are dependent on the weather. We will do everything possible to get you into the air, weather providing.

Safety?

Our USHPA Certified and Insured Tandem Instructors have flown HUNDREDS of commercial tandem flights over the past years--with a PERFECT safety record.

Flystyle uses state-of-the-art tandem gliders. We use a massive glider designed to carry the weight of two people, (Instructor & Passenger). Each person has their own harness, and the passenger and instructor are connected together with spreader bars. The Tandem instructor sits in the back and the passenger sits in front. We organize our equipment and do a very thorough simulation and explanation before our actual launch.

 

What to expect:

After a ten-minute briefing, the passenger (you) and the flight instructor each get into your own comfortable, cushioned harness. You're connected together and then connected to the wing. The Instructor double & triple checks your buckles and straps, clips you in, and we turn and wait for a nice launch cycle. Two minutes later, you're airborne! Once in the air, your flight instructor will explain to you what he is doing and the dynamics of how paragliders fly. If conditions permit, you'll be offered hands-on control of the glider. Expect a flight that lasts from 15-50 minutes (depending on flying conditions). We are available seven days a week if you schedule in advance.
